Dr. Christine Dolahan, Ph.D. is a Holistic Psychological Consultant and Consciousness Educator specializing in integrative transformation at the intersection of psychology, embodiment, and energy medicine.

With a PhD background in transpersonal and humanistic psychology, Dr. Christine bridges structured coaching methodologies, depth-oriented dialogue, and subtle energy practices to support sustainable, whole-person change. Her work integrates ICF-informed coaching principles, somatic awareness, yoga therapeutics, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), and Usui Tibetan Reiki into a cohesive and ethically grounded process.

Dr. Christine works with thoughtful, growth-oriented individuals who feel stuck between traditional therapy and spiritual exploration — people seeking meaning, clarity, relational healing, and deeper alignment. Many of her clients are navigating life transitions, identity shifts, or spiritual awakening experiences and desire a grounded framework that honors both psychological insight and consciousness development.

Why I Do This

​

Dr. Christine's work began long before her formal training.

​

As a child, she carried a profound awareness of consciousness that she did not yet have language for. Later in life, She would come to understand this through her academic path in transpersonal and humanistic psychology — but her curiosity about the nature of human experience, meaning, and identity began much earlier.

​

Throughout her education and doctoral research, She became deeply interested in how people construct meaning during profound or transformative experiences. She studied prophecy, symbolic systems, and the psychology of transformation — asking not only what changes people, but how change integrates into the psyche.

At the same time, she noticed a gap.

Traditional psychological models offered insight.
Spiritual traditions offered expansion.
But many people felt fragmented between the two.

They were either pathologized for their spiritual experiences — or spiritually bypassing their psychological work.

She knew there had to be a bridge.

Over time, through training in coaching methodologies, somatic awareness, yoga therapeutics, Reiki, and Spiritual Response Therapy, she began integrating what she had been intuitively sensing all along:

True transformation happens when cognition, embodiment, and subtle energy are addressed together.

She does this work because she believes people are not broken.
They are often fragmented.

And when fragmentation softens, alignment emerges.
